Enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the garden surrounded by the mountains and trees before you explore the ancient architecture. Take advantage of the freedom and privacy of our villa, which previous guests say feels like ‘living in their own home’.
Take advantage of our strategic position, perfect for visiting either the city or other tourist attractions; there is a tourist information office a few metres from our building. You will have a relaxing and peaceful stay here, an ideal starting point for discovering Lucca and its nearby treasures.
On request, you can hire bicycles for visiting Lucca independently and in style. We can also organise tourist trips for you.

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
The Bed & Breakfast has one single room and five large double rooms, to which a third bed may be added, if required. All rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with all common facilities.

By Car:
Lucca in Villa is located 1 km from the motorway (A11), about 1 km from the railway station and 300 metres from the central bus station.
From Pisa Airport:
- Follow signs for motorway A11 in direction of Florence.
- Take the motorway and exit at Lucca Ovest.
- Exit the motorway and follow the signs for Lucca Centro.
- Turn left entering Via Delle Città Gemelle.
- Pass the first traffic light and continue straight along the flyover.
- Keep to the right at the end of the flyover and turn right, entering Via Luporini and continue for 1.3 km.
- Once you reach a roundabout, you will see a pharmacy on the right at the beginning of Via Delle Tagliate 1. Enter this street and continue for 200 metres.
- Lucca in Villa is located at number 49.
If you have a GPS system you can search for Via Pieri: Lucca in Villa is located on the corner with Via Delle Tagliate 1 and Via Pieri.
If you have problems in reaching the villa, you can call us or stop at the tourist office in Via Luporini for help.
